It’s OK !

In this technologically advanced era, where we are connected with the whole world via the internet and everyday we have enormous challenges to keep our life going the way we want. During this process of navigating the journey of life, sometimes we take so much pressure from everything and react to situations, work, or people that it becomes difficult to perform as per our abilities and we end up in more and more stress without much output in whatever we are doing.

In such times, we need to take a break from extreme pressures and say it’s OK, if I don’t perform as per my expectation. It’s OK, if life is not exactly the way I want and I can take this, I can accept this. By feeling this state of acceptance in mind ,move ahead in your path with new energy and dynamism.

Sometimes even small things of routine life seem like a war,threat or a big problem which we think that these problems cannot  and tend to get stressed ..frustrated and ultimately we choose suffering by reacting to things.. Because of this more and more pressure, we cannot perform even simple tasks which normally we can do easily….we tend to forget our own abilities and things we can do by focusing more on things which we can’t do..

It is pivotal to focus on things which we are good at, our strengths and abilities.It is important to focus on things which I can do even when I am stressed rather than merely focusing on problems.

When the mind demands too much,and feeling of stress over powers and ability to perform hampers, in such situations,we need to ask these questions to ourselves, Is it a rule that I should be perfect in everything? and if that is the case, then who has invented  this rule? Who is responsible to put ourselves in trouble? If we want betterment in state of mind, we have to think about answers to these questions..or else let it be…let choose suffering..let choose unnecessary big dreams,carry on…its our own choice!

In such situations we can give our best in terms of efforts and then we can say, I HAVE DONE WHATEVER IS IN MY HAND NOW,

It’s OK, If I am not scoring highest marks…I CAN WORK AS PER MY CAPACITY.

It’s OK ,If I failed in an interview…THIS INTERVIEW IS NOT THE LAST THING OF MY LIFE.

It’s OK ,If I fall down in business. I CAN STAND AGAIN. NOBODY CAN STOP ME EXCEPT ME.

It’s OK, If, people behave in their own way. WHY SHOULD THEY BEHAVE AS PER MY EXPECTATION?

It’s OK, If my relationship fails. I HAVE OTHER MEANINGFUL PRIORITIES IN LIFE..

It’s OK, If I have less salary…IT WILL INCREASE AS PER MY EXPERIENCE..KEEP PATIENCE..KEEP TRYING!

It’s OK ,If my friends don’t want to be with me…I WILL INTROSPECT REASONS, IF SOMETHING IS WRONG FROM MY SIDE I WILL WORK ON MY SHORTCOMINGS….TILL THEN AND ALWAYS , I AM MY BEST FRIEND..I AM WITH ME..

It’s OK, If my life is not going the way I want..LIFE IS BEYOND MY CONTROL..THE WAY I RESPOND IS IN MY HAND..
It’s OK, if I cannot go abroad..I CAN DO MEANINGFUL THINGS WHERE-EVER I AM…

It’s OK, If I I am not a perfect person..WITH BEING IMPERFECT I CAN GROW.

It’s OK, If I do not perform best at work….I WILL DO MY BEST AS PER MY CAPACITY…REST OF THE THINGS I DON’T CARE..

It’s OK, If my boss is not good with me..I WILL BE KIND TO HIM..I AM BOSS OF MY MIND

It’s OK, If somebody dislikes me..I WILL PRAY FOR THEM BECAUSE I LOVE MYSELF…BY PRAYING & KEEPING GOOD THOUGHTS FOR THEM, I CAN EASE MY EMOTIONAL  BURDEN…

It’s OK, If somebody don’t care about me ..I CAN FOCUS ON SELF CARE

It’s OK, If I don’t possess luxuries of life..I WILL SHARE WHATEVER I HAVE . ..WILL PRACTICE GRATITUDE!!

It’s OK, absolutely OK..If  I am not successful..WHO HAS STOPPED ME FROM HARD WORK..??

I HAVE ABILITY TO CREATE HAPPINESS IN EVERY MOMENT..I CAN ACCEPT REALITIES
OF LIFE…UNTIL I ACCEPT I CANNOT MOVE FORWARD..I AM READY TO WORK ON MYSELF TO BRING CHANGES IN LIFE.
